Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 7, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Neural Prompt Ventures (“Neural Prompt Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only. Personal data you provide within the Streamdat application is governed by the separate privacy policy presented inside that application.
2. Information we collect
We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect:
- Information you provide directly: for example, your name and email address and the content of your message when you contact us by email.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data that your browser sends when you load a page, such as your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and the date and time of your request. This data is typically captured in standard server and content-delivery-network logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see the Cookies section below.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- monitor and analyze usage and trends in aggregate; and
- detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.
4. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary for it to function and, where applicable, to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect how parts of the Site work.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: with vendors that host and deliver the Site (such as cloud hosting and content-delivery-network providers) and that process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
- Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Neural Prompt Ventures, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Data retention
We retain information for only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Server and content-delivery-network logs are retained for a limited period in the ordinary course and then deleted or anonymized.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at admin@neuralpromptventures.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. International users
We are based in the United States, and the Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
12. Google API services and Limited Use
Our Streamdat application connects to Google APIs when a user links a YouTube channel inside the app. Streamdat’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy (developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Streamdat accesses YouTube channel identity and upload capability only, uses that access solely to publish content at the user’s direction, and never sells it, never uses it for advertising, and never uses it to train generalized AI models. Disconnecting a YouTube channel inside Streamdat revokes the app’s access with Google and deletes the stored tokens; users can also revoke access at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Full details are in the privacy policy presented inside the Streamdat application.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
14. Contact
If you have questions or requests regarding this Policy or your information, contact us at admin@neuralpromptventures.com.
